Explorer System is a cross-border Social Commerce tool owned by Hangzhou Kepan Netword Technology Co.,Ltd(also known as Apollo). The company is located in the Lierda Internet of Things Technology Park in HangZhou Future Science and Technology City.

The core technology team for the project is based in the UK. Since its establishment in 2018, the founding team have been supporting the best-selling ecommerce brands for leading categories internationally. Explorer is built by the team members of Apollo where Apollo focussed on developing innovative advertising technology, Apollo was officially founded in Ningbo at the end of 2020 and launched in 2021. In June 2021, the company relocated to Hangzhou.
